For Mercer County in 1960, Jim Luther and Ben Marcus created their own section maps to keep track of leases.
In 1951, we invested in North Dakota mineral rights and leases. Today, James H. Luther Royalty L.L.C., owns and manages thousands of acres of mineral rights and leases with oil companies. We welcome leasing inquiries.
